Rental property help

I need to do up my rental property in between tenants. It’s a 4 bed, 4 bath 3 storey townhouse built 2007. The kitchen and bathrooms are still in nice condition and neutral colours.
I need to choose a wall colour- would rather have the same through the whole house. Any ideas? It has been a cream but I think an off white would be more modern, maybe Timeless?
I also need to choose a hard wearing carpet for the statues, landing, sitting room and bedrooms. The hall and kitchen are laminate and the bathrooms have tiled floors. I was thinking a polypropylene twist, maybe light grey? It’s been a beige until now.
Any ideas gratefully received.

Get a carpet with lots of flexs in it. I have put one down on stairs of communal rental flats and it never shows the dirt

Just looked at invoice: it says Primo Tweed Moccasin. If you google it you will find the range. Its amazing. You can even bleach it! The important thing is not to have a flat colour which shows the marks.
