Woodpecker Stratex flooring vs Engineered Wood

Has anyone used Woodpecker Stratex flooring? We will need to replace our old engineered oak flooring throughout the ground floor....kitchen, hall, sitting room etc, following a house renovation. I'm really tempted to use the Woodpecker Brecon flooring because it's fully washable and potentially more practical.

The existing flooring put in by the previous owners 12+ years ago hasn't worn well in some of the high traffic areas. The ground floor is very open plan so the flooring will need to be consistent throughout. Incidentally no underfloor heating. Any feedback gratefully received!
