Home fragrance - house viewings

Well aware that I might be being weird here 🤣🤣

Can anyone recommend a nice (and hopefully not too expensive!) fragrance to run through our home for when we have viewings etc? I’m thinking just a few Reed diffusers throughout the house to have a nice continuous scent? Is that weird? 🤣 hoping for something just fresh, subtle and inoffensive. We don’t have any pets so there’s no odour to mask or anything.

We officially go on the market next week 😬🤞🏼 It’s our first ever property sale so complete rookies at this.

Thanks so much everyone 😊 I don’t know why I never thought of that myself TBH! I’ve got so caught up in everything having to be “perfect” that I think I’ve gone a bit mad 🤣

I’d hate someone to think we were trying to cover something up!! No pets, no teenagers, no damp issues etc so I’ll stick to a regular clean and opening the windows to air before viewings 👍🏻

Just have the house smelling clean.

No overpowering fragrances and no pet smells

Some nice fresh spring flowers
Aromatherapy oil drops in your hoover filter when you hoover before hand
Steam clean the curtains and sofa with a handheld steamer thing
And flares air circulating always

Just used to clean kitchen floor and bathroom floor with some lavender Zoflora added. Just smelt clean to me...
