I really like this room in Rita Konig’s house in the country.

The walls are Edward Bulmer Invisible Green. I am decorating a similar room and am thinking of using this paint and aiming for a similar mix of colour and pattern.

There is a wooden fireplace in the room which needs to be painted. What would you suggest to go with the green, bearing in mind the look I’m aiming for? Of the colours suggested here I only like Drab Green. www.edwardbulmerpaint.co.uk/product/natural-paint/invisible-green/?attribute_pa_size=sample-pot&attribute_pa_finish=emulsion&utm_source=google&utm_medium=ppc&utm_campaign=shopping_greens&utm_term=&gclid=Cj0KCQiAxc6PBhCEARIsAH8Hff2GbOsAbrsz8eGEiMdeNK-gy7PINm5Z-yeSdoiV8pwFATNUe5IDHekaAi0pEALw_wcB

We plan to use Edward Bulmer paints and have found their advisers really helpful. I would go for a neutral stone colour whichever they suggest works best. Does anyone know if you can successfully match Edward Bulmer paints with cheaper alternatives eg Johnstone’s or vaspar? We want a match for their Vert de Mer and Red Ochre

I agree - there's no need to be restricted to the colours the website suggests to go with the Invisible Green.
