Dfs zinc sofa

Does anyone have a French Connection Zinc sofa from DFs? Been browsing sofas for ages and keep coming back to this style. I would get a 3 or 4 seater sofa, cuddler chair and the large footstool in the weave fabric option, probably grey. If you have one are you pleased with it? Is it worth paying extra for the upgraded cushions?

Yes we've got one of these sofas. It looks good, the kids like it and it fits in well with the other armchairs. Only 2 things you might want to consider - the back isn't very high. If you like neck support and you or other adults are tall, you have to slump down in it. Other thing is more particular to DFS and maybe our own personal experience- I will not ever recommend buying anything from DFS in case there is a hitch. The hassle getting it fixed will make you want to jump off a bridge. I guarantee it. So yes, I do like ours but I wouldn't recommend buying from DFS. I'll stick to M&S or John Lewis or another company that is better with customer service from now on.

Hi. We have the 4seater and cuddle chair in Teal. I spent a ridiculous amount of time choosing a sofa, and after having it several years I still love it. It's very comfy, cleans up well (kids and husband always dropping food on it!😡) and both are a good size.
We bought through DFS who were ok, but I know they can be a pain with any issues. HTH

We had the cuddler and two armchairs for six years and they were so comfy and lasted really well! The only sign of wear was some flattening of the foam in the arms. They were zero maintenance, didn't need any plumping. Sold them as they didn't match new house and it's a big regret!

We bought these sofas 7 years ago when they first came out, still hardly showing any wear and tear and easily cleaned. We are now looking at changing them but buying the same again in navy velvet. We have the 4 seater and the cuddler, and it looks like they have made lots of improvements since we bought the original ones. My only concern about the weave fabric after seeing it in store is that it will give a lot quicker than the standard fabric as its a lot softer to start with.
