Recommend your sofa?

I'm buying a new sofa for my living room and need some help!

I love the look of the tan leather sofas and have attached photos of two that I like. The only problem is, I can't view either of them in person.

Has anyone got experience of either of these sofas or can recommend something different? Photos would be appreciated too!

Thanks!

I have one from sofology bought during lockdown. I looks the part and its comfy enough but wouldn't ever buy a sofa without trying it first. Last one was Harris tweed sprung. Wish I had spent the money on recovering it.

We had a dos sofa similar to the first one and I hated it. It sagged really badly on the seats and the flat arms 'caved in' where people put pressure on them to stand up. I would avoid

Thank you so much for the advice.

I agree it does seem like madness to order a sofa without trying it. But it seems many many do when they buy from Made 🤷‍♀️.

I got mine from Next. While I was sat, gazing into the distance, a woman and her mum were looking at the same sofa. The woman said I should buy it because I looked so comfy and contented sat there.
I got the velvet one but think a cloth fabric would have been better as the velvet can be a bit slippery.
I'd never get a leather one, though. Too hot in the sun, too cold in the shade and too slippery every day of the year
