We have a Emma mattress and love it. Our kids need new beds. One is getting a small double ottoman and our DS who is tall and only going to get bigger going on DH needs a double. Beds are so expensive! He doesn't really like foot boards or head board (less to get broken - teenage stopes) so I was looking at the Emma platform bed. Basically a sprung slatted frame. But once bedding is on sure if would look nice. Just wondered how study it is? Has anyone for one? Also I don't want it to look like he is on a put-you-up bed
