My hallway at the back door is currently white walls with dark brown badly painted woodwork. I want to freshen it up. In the rest of the house the woodwork is all white. But that's been poorly done too.
So I need to pick a colour for the woodwork. Will painting over dark brown with white necessitate multiple coats? I've seen a lot of dark woodwork on Instagram is it very on trend?
