I have had a Mutliyork armchair for ages and I love it. I want to get a sofa that is similar, especially in quality. So does anyone know of companies that are similar to them?

Collins and Hayes.

The Linara fabric is soft and peachy with 360+ shades.

I bought an M&S armchair around 11 years ago which was covered in Linara linen/cotton union. The fabric was backed with a fire proofing layer.

The Linara fabrics look and feel lovely but I would caution against linen or linen mix furnishing fabrics if they are going to be used in rooms that are not well ventilated or kept very warm in the winter. Our chair was intended for a room that wasn't heated much during the day and it sat in a corner of the room which did not get a lot of through air.

During the winter, especially in very wet winters, the fabric developed mildew down the back, on one side, and underneath. In the end, we decided to dispose of the chair. I suspect that had we had the matching sofa, which would have been up against a wall, that would likely have developed surface mildew down the back, too.

But if you have a room which is kept warm all day during winter and can be well ventilated then the Linera range of linen/cotton union (with 360 shades) www.romo.com/collections/plains/linara are beautiful.
