Hi wise ones

I just closed on a new build and unsure the number of sofa seaters to buy and where to put them. Below are the plans and the show home if these help. The show home has a 3 seater and 2 love chairs in a corner-- no one can watch the TV where the love chairs are so not functional at all. Was wondering if I could:
A- get a 3/4 seater in the wall opposite the TV
B- get a 2 seater next to the window (opposite where it is in the floor plan).

I do not like cluttered living rooms and was wondering if the 2 seater would be an overkill.

Thank you

Ps- last photo is a bit obscured. Sorry

I am would swap the tv and the 3 seater over, then you can have an additional 2seater where it is now or opposite for viewing.

Where is now better than behind door.

How many of you will be living there (or how many seats do you need as a definite?) I'd be inclined to say 2x2 or 1x3 and a chair as there is so little in that room it makes it look bigger than it is.

@Polmuggle thanks for responding.
I considered this but cant unfortunately. The TV units are on that wall and cannot be swapped over as I bought after completion 🥲

@MrsPleasant thank you.
It's just me living there. Don't have a definite number. I'm fine with 3 seater too. Just looking for ways to maximise the space and wondering if to order more chairs than in the showroom.

if it is just you, start with less chairs / sofas than you need and then you can add more gradually. too much furniture will definitely make the space seem smaller, so I'd keep things minimal to start with.
