Paint Sprayer for DIY

Hello, has anyone used a paint sprayer to decorate walls and ceilings?

Ive seen a few with good reviews. Just wondered if there was anyone with any knowledge of using one? :)

We have considered using one for our build - to get
tidy walls fornus to move in, but I've been advised that they leave a different finish to brushes and rollers so if you want to touch up the walls in the future the finish is totally different from the spray and stands out like a sore thumb.

Mmmmmm that is a good point thank you. Maybe I could just use on the ceilings. Been quoted £1000 for 5 ceilings so I might give it a try. Thanks so much for you advice x
