Curtains on ceiling track

Google is not massively helping me with what's probably a really stupid question so....
Can I get any pencil pleat curtains to go on a ceiling track for my French doors? In my search Blind to go do a 'wave curtain' which appears to be specifically for a ceiling track and they send a track with the curtains.
That has made me question if I can just get made to measure from anywhere - there's an existing track that the previous house owners put voile curtains on but I want proper ones!

I did this with pencil pleat curtains and an ikea ceiling mounted track. Just place curtain hooks in top loop of curtain webbing stuff so top of fabric stopped just below track

Yes you can do this as above. The only limitation is the weight of the curtains and the strength of the fixings.
