I’ve been given a pine/wooden kitchen chair that is covered in layers of paint.
I’d like to strip the lumpy paint off and start again, maybe using Frenchic.
What’s the easiest way to get it all off ? I tried sanding but was getting nowhere fast.
And would I need to prime it ?
Thanks.

Heat gun & scraper if you want to avoid chemicals. We’ve got a fairly basic one that is years old, we just did all our skirting boards and architrave with it.
