So, hello all you lovelies... was wondering if you fancied helping me pick some paint colours for my hall. Back story is we have just bought our dream home after many, many years of searching, drooling, pining over expensive houses that one could never afford ( but sure that's everyones hobby, isn't it? 😂) until we have found our little palace that we love! Problem is I'm totally over whelmed by paint colours!!!!! I really don't want to go down the grey/white/bare look as I think it just feels a little cold for my taste. In my head I want loveky warm gold/champagne/ rich and glamorous look so I wonder if you could steer me in the direction of lovely warm ( not too dark) colours that you have seen 😀😀😀 that might help me out

Would definitely recommend the warm neutral range from Dulux, you can also buy a shimmer or glitter to mix in if you really want a glamorous look, usually more suited to a feature wall, some colours it looks really tacky but I find they work well with neutrals, I'll add a link to the champaign shimmer

Rum caramel from dulux (theres a variety of shades)

I had it in my south facing living room and north facing bedroom (it looked very different in both)
My downstairs neighbour liked it so much he did his living room the same colour and two friends used it for bedrooms... !

Ooooooh I love this! Did you go for the lighter or darker shade? Both look fab and would be excellent choices !!! Thank you so much xx

Just looked it up...
I want to say rum caramel 5 (mayyybe 4?) but hard to say looking at an online screen

They all look very yellow on my phone which they looked nothing like in real life.

I love the colour mink by Crown Paints for a warm neutral.

Birch root looks nice from the sample.

Celestial Blue by Little Greene. I’m normally really decisive about paint colours but spent £55 on samples before settling on my original choice. It’s a lovely warm, rich blue. Alternatively I have Farrow and Ball Light Blue in my sitting room and I would have used that too.
