Should our sofas safe the door or the other way?

We're doing up the living room. New everything. We have 2 layout options and are confused. Option 1 has the sofas roughly facing the door and Option 2 has them facing the opposite wall. Any ideas about which is best?

Scale diagrams should be attached. The TV is above the sideboard in both cases. The HAVSTA until has sliding doors and will sit behind one of the sofas for storage.

Only one attached. Hopefully this is the other one.

I prefer the first one

I prefer the first one too, almost like you have a corridor into the room, then the sofas.

I agree the first option is better
