Anyone tell me if their Magnet kitchens have lasted? I’m looking at the Tatton. Any reviews?
Thanks

Shameless follow - we’re looking at magnet kitchens too 😬

I’ve just been looking at reviews on trust pilot and they look really positive. You can also filter by Tatton - I read the top few which were also really positive, and you could read through more of them to see if there are any points to watch out for.

Yes thank you @AnotherThingToDo that’s actually the reason I posted on here as I read trustpilot this morning and came across the negative ones… you’re right, there are a lot of positive ones but from people who have just had them fitted. I want to know if they last the test of time x

We've had a Magnet white gloss kitchen for 11 years now and it's still in excellent condition. I'm rather bored of it now though so may try and get the doors, end panels etc replaced as I really can't justify changing perfectly good units.

Mine's 6 years old and doing pretty well. Shaker style. Reasonably priced. Not sure of the name. Only thing I was disappointed with was the planning process. The guy was a bit demotivated and not much imagination hence we have no dishwasher Sad. We didn't use their fitters as the waiting time was huge so no opinion on that.

We have a magnet kitchen in our house. It's at least 12 years old and still in good condition. No issues with drawer runners or anything like that. Unfortunately it isn't at all to our taste and doesn't really fit the space very well at all meaning we have a large kitchen but with only a tiny useable worktop. So it's going to probably be taken out and changed in the next year or so - if anything I'd rather it be in worse condition to justify taking it out

Hope I'm not too late to answer! We had a beautiful Tatton Magnet kitchen installed a few weeks ago. It's a Matt/silk finish which we liked. Just found out the finish easily rubs off, exposing a gloss undercoat? Very odd. Just starting our complaints process. More details are on Trust Pilot. Very disappointed as we don't seem to be able to clean these surfaces. Would appreciate to hear of any similar experiences. Thanks.

We got them to quote and they came in at about 3 times the other companies!

I’m not impressed with ours. It was put in 2014.

The worktop has lifted at the edges. The strips in between the cupboards look tacky. However in terms of structure it’s still OK.
