Painted table F&B

We have just had a pale sage green kitchen fitted. We’ve ordered a new oak topped table which is to have painted legs and drawer. We can have any F&B colour. We are struggling to decide. Walls are a creamy colour and floor grey limestone.
We are torn between a contrasting colour of going safe with a white/ cream. Planning probably white chairs.

Depends if you're a colour person or not. White, cream, parchment will all look tasteful. I'm a colour person so I vote for pop of colour. I like a pink which will look very good with sage green or a darker red which will also look good with light green. So Radicchio for the dark red or perhaps Setting Plaster for the lighter pink.

We tried brassica, incarnadine and reading room red but none quite right. I suggested a pink but DH not keen. Think we will probably go for elephants breath as fairly inoffensive!

My kitchen units and table legs are F and B French Grey. It’s a lovely muted green.

We’ve gone with elephant’s breath!
