Hi! I'm hoping I'm posting this in the right place. Apologies if not!

I have a cloud light for my daughters room I want to put on the wall but I am worried about the lead/cord being a safety issue. What can I do about this? I've thought about trunking but I don't think it will work too well as the lead will be going across diagonally to reach the plug.

Any ideas appreciated 😊

Trickier job but you could change for a longer lead....

Otherwise just put some furniture hiding the lead

Or cheap: white (I'm assuming walls are white....) wide painters tape so the child doesn't pull on it

Could you put some trunking on to hide the cord?

Something like this:

Possibly not the most attractive option but it can be painted the same colour as the wall...

Could you use cable clips (little nails with plastic that clips around the wire) to hold the cable firmly against the wall?

We cable clipped it.

We sent ours back and got a battery operated one. I realise that might not be very helpful, it just looked messy with the wire trailing
