Advice for a complete novice.

Moved in 6 years ago, and bathroom is in need of updating. But apart from painting I'm useless. So any advice on what I need/how to do the following would be greatly appreciated.

1. How to replace the lino
2. How to replace the bath panel.

The lino I have an idea but what is the best adhesive to use?

The bath panel i haven't got a clue, and previous owners tiled the end of the panel too. Would I need to remove this or alot new one in there ?

First you need advice. I would see if you can find a tradesman expert who deals with bathrooms who can help you.

Are both jobs probably better left to experts?

Was hoping someone would come along and tell me how easy it would be. If it's not possible and I need a tradesman, may just have to wait another year or two.
