Wall colour with this carpet

Hello, I think we have settled on this carpet for our hall, stairs & landing. It has a large picture window but had dark sections too, being largely internal.

Any suggestions for wall colour to work with it please? It's currently F&B's Hay which actually suits but a change would be welcomed. Toying with a shade of taupe but totally open to suggestion. Rest of house is F&B too so has the chalky finish throughout so that's my go-to but open to alternatives too.

My advice is to look at different paints. B and Q sell paints, as do Home base and you should try out some different test samples in order to find the perfect wall color. Dulex have a color test feature on their website, do make full use of that in addition.

You can even talk to a Farrow and Ball worker on Facebook as well about your preferred colors of paint or look at a store catalog. Before you purchase wall paint, ensure that you know fully what you are doing.

Obtain advice on top of that. Best of luck to you. There are so many colors out there, do not rush into buying the first one you see at the shop. In other words take your time to consider all your possible color options.
