What bedding with these curtains??

We have these curtains that were originally bought for a lounge, but we've moved house now so they'll have to go into our bedroom.

No idea of the link worked, but it's Sanderson dandelion clocks aqua from John Lewis.

I'm planning on painting walls bluish grey and we have light oak furniture. I'm very stuck with bedding though! I thought picking something that roughly matches that colour scheme, something white with a bit of teal but it's either very flowery, which DH hates, or geo prints that won't work I don't think.

Should I just pick something white or grey and put matching cushions and a teal/ochre throw? I really dislike plain bedding though... help!

Plain but with a stripe in the same colour? I think they call it a self stripe. I'd go for the mustard or the background colour of the curtains. You could also have pale bedding with black piping on the edge like the black outlines on the material.

Thanks, I know the one you mean. Will probably go for very pale grey and add colourful cushions and throws.

Try googling 'bedding seedheads' - there are lots of ideas which are somewhere between floral & geometric.
