Does anyone have one?

How is yours holding up?

My one looks awful and just wondered if I had a duff one or picked the wrong filling for the cushions (think there was a choice).

It’s a few years old now, but looked terrible fairly quickly and I should have complained at the time…….

We have one, it's awful, needs constant plumping, the back cushions sag again within minutes and there's always a flat dip where anyone sits. We've had ours a few years now and I can't wait to change it!

Livingoffroyalities · 21/09/2021 11:19

Doesn’t soon like a one off then, unless we were both unlucky Can’tBe.

We have the corner group and I can’t find a suitable replacement. Wonder if new foam cushions would help? This sofa has got to be my worst buy ever.

I'm tempted to buy foam inserts, can't be any worse! I still like the way it looks for the 5 minutes after I've plumped and shaped it all, but it's awful for my back.

This is what mine looks like 99% of the time ☹️

Mine’s immaculate after 18 months. I do swap and turn the cushions every few weeks but it looks brand new.

I've heard a few people say theirs are good @PinkTonic, I'm wondering if they changed the filling at some point after Livingoffroyalities and I bought ours? I have always turned and changed the cushions regularly.

I also have the snowdrop sofa which has been fine, but that doesn't have back cushions.

IdLoveToButCantBeArsed · 21/09/2021 21:24

I've just checked, I got mine in 2017

JMAngel1 · 24/09/2021 11:21

Oh my goodness, I have listed after that sofa for years. So sorry it loses shape so easily - it’s gorgeous in the website!!

IdLoveToButCantBeArsed · 25/09/2021 16:44

So, I've just been in to sofa.com and mentioned my saggy cushions, and they couldn't have been more helpful. Not sure why I didn't think of going back before now Confused. Must say, really good customer service, and now I feel bad for criticising in my previous post!

Nanananani · 25/09/2021 16:51

That’s interesting @IdLoveToButCantBeArsed what did they suggest? I have the same issue and wish I’d picked foam

Balonziaga · 03/10/2021 00:30

I have a sofa.com Snowdrop for this very reason - sprung back so no cushions to sag/plump. It's about seven years old and whilst the bones of it are great - the fabric has been terrible. It was a Romo Linara in Wisteria - and it's got a couple of holes in the arm and has faded and stained despite me having it protected and cleaned.

kwaziseyepatch · 03/10/2021 00:37

I used to have one and sold it after 3 years as moved in with DH. It was in perfect condition then and I miss it. I think mine was stuffed with horse hair

tiddlysquat · 03/10/2021 22:08

Mine sags but when I want it looking nice I plump it up. I love it. So comfy. The sagging doesn't bother me it's just a squidgy sofa which is exactly what I wanted. Looks good as new once I plump it (not often to be fair!)

We’re just about to buy a new sofa and have that saggy cushion issue with our current one (not sofa.com). What did they suggest @IdLoveToButCantBeArsed?
