Opinions please - cooker

It's a very dull question, please stick with it though, I need opinions

We're having our kitchen done shortly and we've gone dark navy cabinets with brushed brass handles and a brass Qettle tap. No opinions on this bit please, it took me months to decide and if I wobble again our kitchen lady is going to give up on me completely. I can already tell she feels a deep sympathy for my husband as they facilitate me changing my mind a million times. But I've never chosen a kitchen before. It's exciting but also expensive and I'm worrying about it all (although I really do appreciate it's a lovely problem to have).

I'm really struggling to find a range cooker that I like with brass trims. But, does that matter? If I have one with chrome or silver trims (which 80% seem to be) it opens up the choices. But will it look odd if the rest of metal stuff in kitchen is brass??

Opinions please as I fear I may be overthinking it slightly !!

I think it'll be fine. We're having a dark green kitchen (green smoke) with aged brass knobs and brass tap and our cooker is stainless steel as is the fridge freezer. Hadn't even thought of matching them. Worktops are white so that will lift the darkness a bit

We had the same issue, we chose a slate grey Rangemaster with brass knobs to tie everything together

@beggingforsleep our worktops are white too and come to think of it they do have bits of grey running through so maybe the silver on the cooker will look grand

@fassnk I did look at rangemaster, seems to be one of the only ones with a good choice with brass. But the lead times are outrageous!! I may have left it too late

@beggingforsleep I’ve just come across this thread and your kitchen description is exactly mkt what I want to go for and I just wondered if you’d had it done now and would be willing to share a pic? No worries at all if not

@Jrg128 sure. We still haven’t finished though! Have had a problem with the patio doors so no flooring down yet and not got around to a splash back but here it is so far. I love it. Kitchen colour ended up being LG Ambleside but very similar to Green Smoke.
