I'm just looking at Snug now and I think I'm persuaded. Would you recommend them? They look lovely. I really like the colours and the fact they have storage.

Yes happy to send you the voucher! Ours isn’t arriving for a couple weeks (personal choice) so can’t vouch for comfort yet but the customer service has been great so far! No phone numbers but if you email or set up a video consultation they are very fast at replying. I also think the style is great!!

I’ve PM’d you both a code.

Blackbird - I wanted something that looked good, was really comfortable and could be delivered quickly. I went for the big chill corner sofa and I did check it out in store before buying it.
Since then, it remains in good shape, easy to get rid of pet fur and is really comfortable but firm. I really love it, it’s only the second sofa I’ve bought brand new so I put a lot of effort into finding the right one. There’s also no obvious use so far unlike my DFS armchair which is also extremely comfortable, but the seat is looking slightly dented now.
