Autumn Home Accessories Anyone?

DD1 and I love autumn and over the last couple of years have started to add some autumn decor to the house around this time of year. Mainly in the dining room and sitting room.

We have few bits, a nice table centerpiece from Laura Ashley, some hanging decorations that we put on the (Easter) Tree mainly from John Lewis and I have ordered a garland for the sitting room fireplace this week?

I'm looking for a nice tablecloth with seasonal colours at the moment.

Anyone else decorate for autumn? (yes I know it's very American)

Or anyone seen anything lovely in the shops they care to share?

Have you looked on Etsy? There are lots of table runners on there, I'm sure someone could make a tablecloth for you.
I'm definitely feeling the autumnal colours right now, but unfortunately they don't match my lounge decor. I just change my kitchen linens instead Grin.

Not for tablecloths/runners I haven't and actually a runner might be better, i could just put it on a white tablecloth, thanks off to have a look now.

I dont touch the kitchen normally but have just seen cute pumpkin salt and pepper shakers in Next!

Sass & belle - I've got some little felted acorns and also some Amber glass pine cones - hanging decorations.

A string of clear orange pumpkin fairy lights... Prettier than they sound!

And just time to get some fairy lights out, with the earlier evenings!

gardeninggirl68 · 14/09/2021 23:07

Oh, and we are growing our own pumpkins this year, that rain was well needed for them!

FearlessSwiftie · 16/09/2021 06:52

Probably not really accessories, but I'm making Halloween collages to put them on the walls at the end of September. I love everything connected to Halloween so my decorations are mostly about that. I used to have an ivy leaf string lights but it was several years ago. Now I'm looking for either leaves led lights or pumpkin ones, something like that:

Will check out aldi for gourds/pumpkins, I mean to do this every year. Am jealous of making your own pumpkins!

I like those leaf lights and the collages look fun!

@MillieDawg Katie Webster Homeware is using Orla Likely fabrics without permission. I think that speaks volumes about her business ethics.
