Seem to be struggling the older I get with sore arms and neck after a nights sleep.
Just can't seem to get the right height or firmness.
I almost want 1 and a half height of pillow.

Anyone got any recommendations for good ones.
I'm a side sleeper if that makes a difference.

Soak and Sleep do nice pillows. We have a down/feather one with box sides which make it keep its shape better. It’s also a generous size which means it fills the pillow case properly which helps it keep that puffed up shape. I also have a Simba one with so called temperature control but as don’t love it anywhere near as much.

I have a Dunlopillo which is great... I always used to have 2 pillows but one of these is perfect. Not cheap tho!

Second dunlopillo. I'm also a side sleeper and it's amazing. It's latex so quite heavy and keeps its shape more. I sleep much better with it; totally worth the price.

I’ve got a Sealy Activsleep Geltex one and I really like it but I don’t feel that it will last. I like it enough to buy it again though.

I tried the v expensive sleep easy one. The contouring of the pillow was gentler than I expected and it was slightly low for comfort.

Also bought Slumberdown memory cool, bit too high and too firm for me. DH said it’s like Goldilocks and the pillow hunt.
