We completed recently on an upsizing move and are halfway through the decoration. The house is getting done in mainly white - different sorts of white and is generally airy and light and spacious. We’d like carpet upstairs and wood downstairs for lounge and hallway.
What colour carpets and what shade of engineered wood or laminate would you say would best complement white walls?
We have a toddler and a 5 year old (who do not draw on walls!) and a small dog - so perhaps not the lightest shade of carpets!
