Does anyone have a Loaf bed?

We need a new bed and there a few designs that I really like from Loaf. Interested to hear about experiences and overall quality.

We've had a Sweetpea and Willow bed for 10 years. Whilst I love the style, it creaks and groans now and the material is looking worn.

Anyone with tips (will be buying a quality mattress separately elsewhere)

Yes we're on our second Loaf bed, had this one about 5 years now. Mattress is from JL, and I love it; likewise, the bed itself I cannot fault.

Make sure your mattress is UK not EU size though.

Oh and customer service has been fab both times I've bought beds from them. Pre-pandemic they built the bed in situ for you, not sure if they're doing that again now or not.

Yes bed and mattress. Love them both. It's around 2 years old I think.

The mattress is one of the most comfortable I've slept in - I originally had a different one from them which hurt my back, but they have a 100 day (I think) thing that you can send it back in.

We have two mattresses and storage divans from Loaf. Both are great. The only issue I have with the mattress is it doesn't hold firm around the edges, so when you sit on the edge it dips.

We had our first one from c. 2007/08 until 2015, when we only replaced it to get a bigger one post-DC. So current bed is about to enter its 7th year of use with zero issues of any kind.

The whole business started with just beds (when we bought our first one it was called The Sleep Room, they only did a handful of styles, the guy who started the business sold it to us himself and emailed afterwards to check if we were happy with it! We were). I'm not expecting ours to give up any time soon.

I've had mine for about 7 years (bed frame plus mattress). Still very happy with it.
