Help with stripey hallway carpet and finding a coordinating blind fabric

Need some inspiration for my hallway, struggling with colours...

It's a straight corridor basically with a small window at the end and doors off each side.

I've just had the hallway panelled in wood up to halfway and this will be painted cream.

The top part of the walls will also be painted and I'm thinking a dusky aubergine / purple (not too dark) or a khaki colour to go with the carpet

I've fallen in love with the attached carpet from crucial trading but really struggling to find a fabric for the small roman blind I'll need. I'm thinking a pattern with purple / green and other colours but can't find one that I think will match and not look too bedroomy

Also now having doubts that the carpet may be a bit trippy as the hallway is long and thin.

Any inspirations on colours / fabrics or do I need to go back to the drawing board?

I'm not a fan of the carpet tbh! Do you have any pics of it made up in a showroom or catalogue or something? Can't picture it at scale.

I can't find any pics of it apart from a remnant for sale on eBay.

I'm not sure now. I loved it at first but maybe it is a bit busy for a small thin space.

We currently have a straight stripey carpet which we love and I wanted another stripey carpet but different.

Maybe need to rethink!

I quite like the carpet. I'd avoid a geometric pattern on the roman blind and go for either a plain blind that coordinates with the walls or possibly a floral (also coordinating with the walls).
