Living room decor advice please

I've just bought new sofas....

And now I'm looking to decorate around them.

I'm not too clever at this but thinking of these cushions:

Do you think this will work? What colour/style of curtains should I go for?

I know colours can look different on line but the bean bag looks a very different shade to the cushions and sofa. You could opt for an orange bean bag to match the fabric on the cushion? A bold choice perhaps but I think it might work?

I just checked that link to the beanbag and it's taking you to the default colour. It's the orange one we are thinking of getting which I think would be a pretty good match for the cushions. I'll try and attach a photo!

I have that couch. Well the corner one. I went with navy blue and mustard yellow to go. Still to get "feature wall" painted over from the last decor we had but the decorator keeps forgetting me 🙄.
I'll try find some pics in the daylight for you.

I also have a navy blue chenille arm chair. I don't have a seat many cushion on it anymore and have a navy throw

Sorry, didn't think it would upload the blue one, and that's supposed to say I don't have as many cushions anymore, now have a navy throw over my bit of the couch because I actually don't really like the feeling of the fabric but I have very very sensitive skin.

Thanks @Thatsplentyjack - your style is lovely, I really like that combo of teal, yellow and navy. I know what you mean about the feel of the fabric - it's a bit weird. But they are so comfy. Have you spilled anything on yours? We've just changed from leather couches which were pretty bombproof and I have no idea how to clean these ones in the event of an inevitable spillage!

They all look nice, but is nice what you’re after? Sofa is fab. Cushions - go for at least 2 of the Aztec patterned ones, not just plain ones. Picture looks like something you’d find in a hotel room. It’s a no from me. Floor cushion - nice, but will soon get mucky - again look for a patterned one.

We have oak laminate flooring but mostly covered with a large rug which has navy grey and orange pattern.

Good point 're going for a patterned beanbag to hide the inevitable stains!
