What is this houseplant?

I’m really liking the current trend for houseplants as part of an interior design scheme. However, I’m not that good at keeping them alive! Does anyone know what this plant is? It has some brownish/orangey areas which I’m not sure are supposed to be that way. I’m wondering if I’m over or under watering it but because I can’t identify it I’m unsure!

What is this houseplant?

Yes it’s a crasslua isnt it? The reddy-brown edges to the leaves and stem are in reaction to sunlight. A golden rule for anything with succulent leaves like that is that it won’t like being overwatered! I’d always allow it to thoroughly dry out between watering if I couldn’t find more specific instructions/ guidelines online.

By the way, it’s also what you’d call Etiolated - it’s not getting enough light so the stems are becoming overly long and weak, with greater than usual spaces between the leaves.
