Paint colour? Grey furniture

Hey! I've just ordered loads of grey furniture from IKEA which I absolutely love.... but I can't figure out what colour to paint the wall in our bedroom??

Currently we have grey walls, so this has to change!

My partner is thinking a pale blue, I'm completely lost can't decide what would work, we do have a very large room, so it will only be a 1 feature wall that will be painted, all other walls are white

Thanks x

Do you want calm or bold?

I like pale pink like previous poster suggested, or teal, or tranquil dawn (Dulux, green grey, I’m always suggesting this!)

This is my advice. Go to a local paint shop and see what colors work best. Test samples as well.

Hey have you come across paintsquared.co.uk? We found it really difficult picking colours and brands of paint, used this website to look a whole range of options by colour plus samples and peel and stick so no painting required. Give it a go!

I'd keep all walks white but find a grey as close as possible to your furniture and paint the woodwork all grey. Then have some things in a natural colour, e.g. a wooden floor, a rattan chair or mirror, a lampbase. Or if that's too neutral then have a few accessories in a pop of colour, e.g. pink or orange or teal or red (red might be a bit eighties!).
