Changing legs on Bluebell sofa (from sofa.com) as the bronze castors are ruining my floor

I have a Bluebell sofa brought some years ago from sofa.com and its legs are the oak legs with the bronze castors. I love the sofa, but we moved and our new flat has wooden floors that the castors are leaving marks on it.
In consequence, I would like to replace the legs with "normal" non-castors legs, but I haven't been able to reach sofa.com customer service to see if I can buy some from them.
Does anyone have a phone number where they can be reached? Or alternatively, a place where I could buy compatible legs? Thank you!

You can buy little "saucers" to put under the legs to protect the floor. This might the quicker/easier/cheaper than trying to change the legs and a good interim measure anyway.

Thank you so much, that certainly seems an idea to experiment with!

I'm attaching a picture of a leg, in case someone else also has a suggestion. Leg height is 17 cm.

Are the castors attached with screws? Can you remove them and stick a felt pad on the bottom of the leg? Sticky felt pads for furniture are sold in DIY shops

We have similar legs on furniture and yes we have bought castors with felt bottoms for the legs to sit in. Got ours from b&q.

I tried the stick on felt ones on my chaise castors and they didn’t work because the castors just revolved so the felt was no longer underneath.

I’ve been looking for something like the cup style protectors for some time, so handy thread, thanks

Lots of sofas use the M8 size screw - I replaced my ikea sofa’s legs recently with just some cheap ones from Amazon and it was the easiest thing to just unscrew and replace.
