Opinions on tiling and grout

Dh unsure that tiles in daughters ensuite go together. I think it can work but appreciate this is kind of unusual. We have a Victorian house but as it's for my teen DD, wanted something a bit funky. It's not our main bathroom. Do you think I should have white grout for the marble tiles and grey grout for the feature pink and white ones?

I would have white grout for both.

I like it. Grey grout is a good call, aesthetically and practically.

White for both.
In the middle picture the gap between the pink (&the lighting) makes it look like grey grout & I definitely think white would look better.

I wouldn't have put them together, but they're lovely tiles.

The porcelain marble effect looks great. Please can you share the name?

I'd do white grout for both

I think it looks fab! I would do white grouting for both to bring it together.

And as a pp poster asked, please share where the marble tiles are from. We've got the green version of your pink tiles for our new bathroom floor and was thinking about having marble effect wall tiles so this thread has been very useful!

Thanks for your feedback. I have an amazing feature wall where the vanity sink will be installed against. I plan on painting all the woodwork to grey or dark blue with half height shutters. Once all the sanitary ware is in, it will make a big difference.

What are your thoughts on white or light coloured grout for the opposing marble walls and gun metal grey grout where the pink tiles are?

So these are porcelain faux marble tiles from Marren Tiles in Grantham. The name is Kyocera. 600 x 300 and look the absolute business!! I really need to decide on grout colour so any inputs most welcome!!

I'm with DH I'm afraid. I don't think the tiles go together.
Whilst I usually prefer grey grout, I think it has to be white.

Thanks Bluesheep8 and pp who posted here. With your encouragement I decided to buy a bag of BAL white grout! The rationale being is white grout will blend the marbe tiles more cohesively in the background and you want to see the natural patterns of the grey veins, rather than it competing with grout lines. That was the advice provided by Topps Tiles customer services!! And it will then tie in with the pink/white tiles. I think once it is all grouted, sanitary ware in, it will look ace!!

Actually that makes total sense re white grout when you put it like that op, I'm so stuck in my ways with grey grout I suppose!
