Which Sofa?

I like thia sofa but I don't know which colour to go for? Grey is the neutral colour of the day so I would feel less out there, but I like the ocean blue. Its more blue in real life as per the second photo.

I prefer the blue but don't know if I would regret this after 6 months. What colour carpet or walls would go with this?

I just can't decide.Blush

The grey is more versatile and will go with a lot more colours than the blue and it also gives you scope to switch things up in the future. So as a safer option I would go with the grey, nevertheless it is your personal preference that will prevail 😀

Nice sofa. The blue is probably more fashionable now, grey is on its way out. I may be biased, I'm having my chaise recovered in dark blue Smile. What colour to put it with depends on what you like, I'm currently painting my sittingroom Middleton Pink which is a very light baby pink. A blue sofa could go with greys or beiges or blues or greens or white or yellows or pinks.

I really like the blue one. I think you can pair as many colours with blue as you can with grey tbh.

I love the blue. We've just brought 2 different shades of green sofas. Love seeing a different coloured sofa!

Thanks all. I don't know what colour carpet would go with the blue?

Go for blue, it's such a happy colour, and will go with anything except maybe avoid too much green.

The grey is soooooooo blah, bland, dull, boring, and devoid of all personality.

Thanks all. I don't know what colour carpet would go with the blue?
What colours have you been thinking of? I think a neutral carpet would work, something like this? www.tapi.co.uk/carpet/mackay This site also has a herringbone carpet which is lovely but I didn't know if the pattern would be too much www.tapi.co.uk/carpet/wool-herringfine

Ah thanks those carpets would go really well. I like them. I maybe brave but I would be worried about spills. I am quite clumsy.Blush

How about navy blue carpet with a cream rug to brighten?

Bluntness100 · 18/07/2021 19:56

Blue, grey is out and starting to look drab and dated.

LovelyGirlCompetition · 18/07/2021 20:13

I like the blue and think it would look lovely with wooden flooring.

I am so happy people are saying blue. Just hope I don't hate it in 6 months. Thanks all.
