I’ve spent a small fortune on testers but nowhere near a decision! Please help choose the feature wall colour behind my dining table.

This is what the room looks like:
Dark grey slate tiles on floor
White vertical radiators plus White & light wood metal pendant lights on/in front of the wall.
Lots of light when sunny, east facing
Wooden countertops, grey/black appliances, creamy wooden shaker cabinets
All other walls in timeless

Thank you!

I’ve tried:
Natural slate, deep fossil, night jewels 3, urban obsession, cannonball
Soft truffle, soft stone, malt chocolate, perfectly taupe (all too light - I was looking for a Gregor)
Twilight dawn(?)
Purbeck stone, elephants breath (too light)
Sapphire Salute (too dark)

Current contenders are:
Natural slate, violet night, heartwood (too dark?!)

*was looking for a greige Blush not Gregor!
But now am veering towards dark again. My decorator is fed up with me! I am close to fed up too Confused and am seriously considering leaving it covered in swatches

This is a very personal choice so it would be hard for anyone on here to tell you what colour would work best .
How about something more stand out ?
Have a look at this company

They have 1000s of images that you can change the size ( to some extent )
This one has lots of grey tones

I get its not every ones taste but it may be something to think about

Have you tried teal? I think you need something bold.

Bit random but I think Farrow and Ball Oval Room Blue or Stone Blue would go beautifully. We've just put Dulux Nordic Sky on a wall next to white and it's plenty bold enough for a feature wall in my opinion. I think these mid shades work really well with cream.
