What colour sockets for the kitchen?

We're finishing off a kitchen extension and need to select light and plug sockets. We've gone for light shaker units with industrial style elements such as the light; brushed metal fridge freezer and an anthracite old fashioned radiator. The only more modern element is the creamy granite worktop. DH is tending towards brushed steel sockets. I prefer anthracite. I'm wondering whether to just go for white to blend in! Thoughts appreciated.

I think I'd go with steel industrial look sockets.

Or you could go with the cheap white ones and then change them later when you've lived with the kitchen a bit.
