I have two problematic large bay windows and have been in our house for 3 years and left the previous occupants curtains up. They are extremely heavy and thick curtains as the windows are single glazed.
I’ve saved up to replace and ideally I want a full service company to come and measure, advise on tracks etc and replace with equivalent heavy duty duvet type curtains but I have no ideas where to start. I tried John Lewis but couldn’t book an appointment without knowing what curtains I want.
Ideally I’d like some advice and help. I work crazy hours and find curtains a massive PITA to measure up for, know whether it should be double or triple or whatever. I don’t have headspace or time so kind of decided to save up and let someone else do it for me. I live on Yorkshire coast so not massively accessible to any city centres.
Any ideas on reputable companies with nice fabrics who won’t completely rip me off?
