Really narrow bedside cabinet or table. Max 25cm wide. To go with white bed and walnut wardrobe. Budget max £100 for the pair. Happy to get a bit inventive. We can't put up shelves as renting. I can't fi d anything apart from a white one sold all over the place that's also about half the normal height! Thank you.

Woah, that’s quite a tricky one!

Just found these but they’re 5cm too wide and very steep for what they are!

It’s not the most sophisticated solution tbh, but these are 18cm wide and would give you both some bedside storage and a place to put a small lamp and glass of water.

If you search for narrow side table on google lots of options come up that fit that are less than 25cm

seymoursmyman · 24/06/2021 20:13

Maybe look at plant stands for an out of the box item.

OP, I had a 20cm deep console table (so also an awkward one) made to measure by an Etsy trader and it's fab. It wasn't much more expensive than the shop-bought units at all. Might be worth having a look.

Have you considered a Bedshelfie? We have one in DD's room, and they are great!
They do a style that you clamp to the bedframe, and another you slide below the mattress (if you have a divan).

Thank you for all the excellent suggestions.

I'd never heard of bed shelves and they seem to be the perfect option.

I have a bed shelfie (divan version) on my side of the bed as there is no room for anything else because of the door and electric points, it's great. I got the grey one and it goes well with the bed and headboard.
