The muse is upon me this morning.
My bedroom needs redoing. We have a lovely
textured wallpaper on the ceiling (it was all over the house when we moved in and whilst we had most of it removed we ran out of time/energy/cash in our room and just repainted it).
It's thankfully now starting to really peel so dh can't minimise it! We'll need ceiling replastered and also looking to remove built in wardrobe which is a mixture of too small but also with heaps of wasted space.
So it's a total revamp. It's not a huge room and we need a king size bed for sleeping purposes. The layout in terms of radiator/window/room to get out of bed is quite limiting so when I've looked at things like a row of pax down the wall they are too wide and would it the window sill.
There is nothing we need to keep in there - it's all cheap and cheerful IKEA which had done it's time so I do have a blank canvas. However budget is fairly limited (very much still IKEA) so bespoke options not available
Any good sites/planning ideas? I do also need ideas for colour/flooring etc but that's the fun bit.....
