Ensuite bathroom renovation

Thinking of getting floor to ceiling tiles in the en-suite (currently just the shower cubicle is tiled) - wondering are there any disadvantages? It's a very small room and I think having it fully tiled would make it feel a bit more spacious.

Any thoughts, or other recommendations for making a tiny ensuite look as spacious as possible?

Aqua panels may work better in a small space. You can get light, sparkly finishes, and because they haven't got grout the walls aren't chunked up.

I've just had my very small en-suite bathroom renovated and have used small plain white subway tiles with a bevelled edge.

It looks stunning - clean and bright and bigger than it used to by far. The bevelled edge of the tiles bounces the light around the room and I think this is why it looks so much bigger!
