Anyone bought from VonHaus, ie a hammock?

Looking at buying a double hammock and have found one I like on www.vonhaus.com/ but for some reason am just a touch worried about ordering from them. (their double hammock is a good bit cheaper than Argos)

Just wondering if anyone has bought from them before and if the quality is any good?

We have the single navy striped one and it's great. No complaints. We don't have the frame from there though. We got ours at IKEA.

I bought a cake stand (having needing a new one for ages and was influenced with my purchase after seeing the same one looking very nice on Instagram).
Ok; not quite a hammock, however I'll let you know about my Von Hous shopping experience.
Item arrive promptly but was smashed to pieces. The parcel was not wrapped with 'fragile' tape and so was not obvious that care was needed with the parcel. There was a very small picture of a wine glass and the the word 'glass' in very small text - easy missed.
Customer Service were excellent - fast to reply to my email and replaced it without quibble.
Arrived promptly. Box was damaged but luckily the cake stand was not.
Pretty item from a distance, glass cover looks hand made as it's imperfect. The ceramic base feels rough on the underside. Generally looks nice, feels cheap but was certainly not cheap.
Don't think I'd buy from there again.
