Tiny wall tiles with lots of grouts in bathroom

I see many attractive bathroom wall tiles design with small rectangle tiles. They look lovely. But how practical it is? The grouts get stubborn moulds and they are very hard to clean, still why do people go for them? Isn't it very hard to clean? In the morning rush, family members shower and run, leaving the tiles wet which is prone to become mouldy. Attached a pic found in internet to show the sample of the tiles I mean...

That looks a nightmare to keep clean. We had a mosaic tile trim when that was fashionable. Spent a lot of time with bleach and a toothbrush scrubbing them.

@BeechTreeView yes I thought so too. There are lots of instagram posts with these designs.. and with white tiles no less.. They look very attractive, but can't imagine the cleaning...

If you have dark grout or use epoxy grout it will be helpful.

There are some in a 10 x 8 format that look like mosaic, but aren't.

If the grout in the green tiles is white, use Aldi Mould Away, spray it on, go and do something else for half an hour. The grout will be dazzling white when you come back. I was amazed.

You're not wrong there. I spent too much time scrubbing and regrouting mosaic tiles and we only had a small border. I'm changing them soon for grey metro tiles and dark grey grout.
