Unimpressed with finish of flooring

I've just had some vinyl flooring laid in the bathroom. I'm really unimpressed with the fitters, but like an idiot signed to say I was happy. I figured out I'd just sort it myself. Now I'm wondering how!
How should the edges of vinyl flooring look when finished? I've attached pics of what I feel is a shoddy job. It's a shame as I've used the company before and been happy with the end result. It was the same fitter too as he remembered doing my stairs and landing previously.

Yeah that's horrendous!

It looks like it’s shrunk or been cut too small...get that back and tell them it needs to be re done.

I did send some pics to the company owner in the end, not as a complaint, but as advice as to what i can do to hide the edges. He rang me up and was very nice, and said that he could fully see the issue. He has asked me to call him again on Friday once the floor has had time to expand, and then they will come out and fix if still the same. Phew. Glad I bit the bullet now!

I hope they don’t just go around the edge with some sealant.

Why isnt the pattern lined up? The individual tiles look like they are supposed to be part of a larger design but its been ignored.

The name of it is shalmar 082 bubblegum & liquorice.

Don't let them edge around with silicone, it will become a dust trap.
