I’ve painted a shelf this evening that is already on the wall, it’s a cubed shelf so the back of it has been painted...pic to follow. Unfortunately I’ve used too much paint and it’s very patchy! Wondering how to fix it? Thinking wait until it’s dry and sand it down then paint the back in a different colour? Maybe glitter paint if it adds texture. Alternatively hide the bad job with a small strip of wallpaper? There won’t be much shown by the time it’s got books etc on. Any advice greatly appreciated!
