What colour walls to go with a cream leather sofa?

I’ve kindly been given a cream leather sofa and I want to repaint the walls (maybe using 2 colours?) and perhaps get a new rug to go with it.
What colours do you think? And what are big no no’s? Tia!

Duck egg blue. Or soft blush pink. Cream goes with a lot of colours so get some sample paint pots and have an experiment?

Thank you. Like both those ideas and good idea on tester pots. It’s just hard to know where to start so then I can get the right shade.
It’s quite a dark cream if that makes any difference (I guess because it’s a few years old). It’s not what I would have chosen but very happy to have been given it (my old sofa had pretty much died!) and it looks smart.

Tbh it wouldn’t be my first choice but it’s a really sturdy and comfy sofa. I’m hoping I can make it look less out of place and make the colour look nice!
