Greeny Grey Paint

I have been down the grey/greige route so am now thinking of a greeny grey or maybe just green to go with our dark grey sofas. Carpet will be neutral or pale grey. The problem is I have a dado so need two colours. the room is west facing so doesn't get the sun until the afternoon. Any suggestions?

Mizzle by f&b is a pale green/grey and very pretty in the right light.

PS You don't need two colours for a dado. Mine are the same colour above and below with a toning neutral for woodwork (good ideas for colour schemes on the F&B website.

Some people nowadays do all the woodwork the same colour as the walls anyway, I don't like it particularly, but it's quite trendy.,

And then to go even darker you have green smoke f&b

Have a look at Patrick from Farrow and Ball..... He does brilliant Instagram stories combining colours. They are organised by colour on the farrow and ball page.

I'm looking for the same and bought a test pot of Green Card Room for my bedroom. I haven't tried it out yet. It's a but more of a middle shade of green-grey.

I was eyeing Green Smoke too but couldn't get a tester.

Blue grey from F&B is lovely. Though definitely a green grey.
It’s a bit lighter than pigeon, but darker than mizzle or Cromarty

I have french grey in two rooms, it’s more green than grey and maybe what you’re looking for. I also have pigeon in the bedroom. It’s quite green in there but I tried it in the living room and it didn’t work, it looked steel Grey

I get the colour matched to valspar 800 or dulux washable, always matt and they mimic the creamy matt f& b texture identically.

I love the duplicate tranquil dawn. I’ve painted a north facing room with it.

I have a greeny/grey in my front room from valspar it’s called grey - green linen it’s very similar to F&B mizzle my front room is north facing & have a greige carpet.

After much deliberation I have decided to go for a warm grey. Another story!
