Recommend me a blue paint

Can anyone recommend a decent deep blue paint?
I’d like a navy ish colour but with some vibrancy too it. I’ve tried a few samples and they all feel flat to me.

Failing that can anyone recommend a good brand to go for?
Cheers!

Hi Op. Farrow & Ball Stiffkey Blue is particularly beautiful. If you have a Johnstone's paint store near you (UK) they'll mix it for you at a fraction of the cost. They have most of the F&B colours coded into their paint machines.

For a warmer navy, there's also Scotch Blue.

Old Navy by Benjamin Moore feels rich, as it has quite a goid deal more Chroma (colourfulness) than many navy blues.

I've really liked Little Greene's Hicks Blue. Had it in our current house for the kitchen and liked it so much it's in the lounge as well now. I also like the story behind it but I'm a bit easily persuaded by stuff like that! (It was created in the 60s by designer David Hicks for the PO tower restaurant)
