Snug sofas? Thoughts?

I need to find a modular sofa rather quickly. Looked at Snug (or rather was bombarded with their ads on social media) and was shocked at the reviews.

They are either one star and really damning or five stars and glowing - there doesn't seem to be much middle ground.

I am attracted to quick lead times and ease of delivery but would hate to end up with something shoddy or be endlessly returning parts.

Has anyone had good/bad experiences with them? If so - what happened?

Also if not do let me know any recommendations for modular sofas!

I have a 1.5 seater chair, onLy had it a month or so but I love it, will get the matching sofa at some point however I'm really suspicious about the amount of threads which seem to be coming up on here.
Delivery was good, packaging was insane and I had to go straight to tip. Easy to put together and very comfy.

@ditavonteesed I actually had a bit of a search but couldn't find any threads? Ok this is reassuring but I did find the disparity in reviews really weird. Think we would probs go for big chill / rebel - which one did you get? Packaging sounds like a mare!

I have one. Had it about 3 months now. Very happy with it. Like you was attracted by the short lead times and the fact that it's modular and also reasonably priced.

@MrsPatterson2014 that's good! I am on the verge of buying one but they are pricey aren't they? Are they good quality or are you paying for the ease?

I think they are quite good value. It's more comfortable than the one we were originally going to buy from Sofa.com and half the price also.

I got the rebel. The arms are just the right height to rest you head on and nap which is my top priority

There’s two or three threads on here over the last days alone! General consensus is don’t buy one. I had a bad experience as did many others.

@Shadowingshadows totally echoing your thoughts. I do think whenever a start up has a HUGE influencer programme it should ring alarm bells. Also what is with the referral code avalanche and why isn't MN looking into it? If they want spon con it needs to be clearly labelled!

I don't trust anything anymore. Although not sure what else I can do about a sofa. I'm sure I'll be back on this thread to complain when I get a bit of tat.

Honestly I'm a real person and I love my chair. I'm just really confused by all the threads.
