Our walls are currently painted in dulux warm parchment. Sofas are a sort of mink colour, curtains, cushions and floor rug in gold tones. I love it. We had dark furniture, I always hated one piece and the other got badly damaged a while back. DH announced that he had hated it all along! (news to me!!) so we got some new furniture (tv unit and sideboard) in white gloss. I hate it
but it's my own fault for buying in haste during lockdown, buying online without actually seeing it etc. It looks awful against the walls and the room needs to painted anyway so I'm hoping that a different colour on the walls might help?
I've used dulux timeless white in other rooms and had thought maybe I could use it here, but not sure how it would look against the bright white furniture. It's a very sunny south-facing room.
Help!
